Mr. Crisp is excited to announce our 3rd Annual Summer Champagne Dinner, taking place on July 16th in collaboration with our friends at Mission Grape. This amazing evening will showcase a curated selection of six champagnes from the Mission Grape portfolio, expertly presented by the knowledgeable Matt Tebbetts.

We are particularly delighted to share that Sam Ehrlich from T. Edward Wine will also be joining us for this special occasion, adding an extra layer of depth and insight to the evening. Brooklyn native Sam began his wine career at Blue Ribbon Restaurants, rising to Corporate Wine Director over 17 years. He then worked as a buyer at Chambers Street Wines and spent two years studying viticulture in Burgundy. Now at T. Edward Wine, Sam shares his passion for French wine with the New York market, honoring the hard work of growers. We are thrilled to have him in the Upstate.  We look forward to an unforgettable night filled with exceptional flavors, engaging conversations, and delightful company. Don’t miss out on this remarkable celebration of champagne!

Join us for the five-course dinner expertly crafted by Chef Carlos Baez, perfectly paired with the champagnes, along with a welcome pour. Tickets are $165++ per person, with gratuity added at checkout.
